Viewing the Email Log
Steps to View the Email Log:
- Log in to Enterprise Manager as either the Local Administrator or a User with sufficient permissions to the project the Email Job is in
- Expand the appropriate Project
- Select the Email Jobs icon
- In the Row of the Email Jobs click on the View Email Log Icon
- The Data Grid can then be Filtered, Sorted and/or Exported
Resending Email
Steps to Resend an email:
- In Enterprise Manager as either the Local Administrator or a User with sufficient permissions to the project the email job is in
- Expand the appropriate Project
- Select the Email Jobs icon
- In the Row of the Email Jobs, click on the View Email Log Icon
- The Data Grid can then be Filtered and/or Sorted
- Check the appropriate rows to resend
- In the Take Action drop-down select Resend Selected Emails
