Organize the distinct locations or organizational groups within which campaign activities occur to maximize security and control access to participants and data.

1.View All Sites

Navigate to the Configure area, Security page, Sites tab.

The sites tab displays all enabled and disabled sites. Sites will be displayed first by enabled and disabled and then alphabetically by name.  For each site the following fields are visible:

  • Name: Name of the site.
  • Code: The code assigned to the site.
  • Description: A description of the site.
  • Participants: A count of the number of participants associated to the site.
  • Users: A count of the number of users associated to the site.

2.Search Sites

Navigate to the Configure area, Security page, Sites tab.

To search for a particular site in the sites table, enter a site name or site code into the Search Sites box. The site list that appears below the search box will filter when the enter key is pressed based on the site’s names or codes that start with the information in the search box.

3.Create New Site

  1. Navigate to the Configure area, Security page, Sites tab.
  1. Click the + New Site button.

  1. The New Site page will open.

  1. Enter a name for the new site in the Name field.
  1. Enter a code for the new site in the Code field.
  1. Enter a description for the new site in the Description field.
  1. Enter the name of a primary contact in the Primary Contact Name field.
  1. Enter the email of the primary contact in the Primary Contact Email field.
  1. Enter the phone number of the site/primary contact in the Phone field.
  1. Enter the address of the site in the Address field.
  1. Enter the city of the site in the City field.
  1. Select the state of the site in the State drop down.
  1. Enter the zip code of the site in the Zip field.
  1. Click Create to add the new site or click Cancel to return to the Sites page.

4.View Individual Site

To view an individual site:

  1. Navigate to the Configure area, Security page, Sites tab.
  1. Click on a site in the sites table.

  1. A read-only view will appear, displaying all currently configured site information.

5.Edit Site

  1. Navigate to the Configure area, Security page, Sites tab.
  1. Click on the row containing the site to be edited.
  1. A view will appear of the currently configured site information; click the Edit button.

  1. The same fields are available on the Edit Site page as when creating a new site.

  1. Change the text in any of the available inputs.
  1. Click Save to save the site or click Cancel to ignore all changes.

6.Disable Site

  1. Navigate to the Configure area, Security page, Sites tab.
  1. Click on the row containing the site to be disabled.
  1. A view will appear of the currently configured site information; toggle the Enabled/Disabled toggle to Disabled.

  • If participants are assigned the site, disabling the site is not allowed. A notification will appear stating that all participants must be removed from the site before it can be disabled. Click Ok to close the modal.

  • If no participants are assigned to the site, a confirmation modal will open stating that once the site is disabled participants will no longer be able to be assigned that site. Click Disable to disable the site or click Cancel to leave it enabled.
