Add Email From Address

  1. Navigate to the Populations page in the Administration area.
  1. Click either on the row containing the population or click the gear icon that is in line with the population name on the far right of the screen.
  1. Click the Edit button on the General page of the selected population.
  1. In the Email From Address section of the General page click + From Address (or +Another From Address if at least one has already been configured).

  1. Select an email address from the From Address drop down and enter an associated Friendly Name. The friendly name will be what the participant or user sees when they receive an email from the system. Populations can have multiple email from addresses to support contacts from different sites or individuals.

  1. Click Save or click Cancel to ignore all changes.
