Remove Email From Address

  1. Navigate to the Populations page under the Administration menu.
  1. Click either on the row containing the population or click the gear icon that is in line with the population name on the far right of the screen.
  1. Click the Edit button on the General page of the selected population.
  1. In the Email From Address section of the General page click the removeicon to the right of the friendly name of an email from address.
  • If the email address is not currently being used in any email configurations in the population a simple confirmation modal will open to confirm the action

  • If the email address is not currently being used in any email configurations and it is the only email address in the population a simple confirmation modal will open warning that email functionality for the population will be disabled if the address is removed

  • If the email address is being used another email from address that is assigned to the population must be selected to replace the one being removed.

2017-01-13 12_41_30-POPULATION NAME

  • If the email address is being used and is the only address in the population a warning appears stating that the address cannot be removed until all associated emails are removed from the workflow.

  1. Click Save to apply the changes or click Cancel to ignore all changes.
