1. From the Administration area, navigate to the User Management page.
  1. Click the + New User button.

  1. The New User page will open with a small number of required inputs described below.

  • Under Account Settings enter the following information:
    • Email address: Enter the user’s email address.  This email address will be used by the user for logging in to the platform. Max characters 128.
    • User Type: select from:
      • End User: This type of user has access only to their own account page. This type of user can be added to any population on the system and given population specific privileges there.
      • User Admin: This type of user has access to the Populations and User Management pages in Administration and the General and Security pages of all populations on the system. This type of user can be added to any population on the system and given population specific privileges there.
    • Temporary Password: The initial password to be used by the user.  The user will be forced to change the password upon first login.
    • Confirm Temporary Password
  • Under Basic Information enter the following information:
    • First name: The first name of the user; this field has a maximum character limit of 164 characters
    • Last name: The last name of the user; this field has a maximum character limit of 164 characters
  1. Click the Create button. The user will now appear on the User Management table in the area for Enabled Users.,
